Anti-prediction-market interest groups quietly inserted a ban on prediction markets into Minnesota's public-safety bill, SF 4760. The amendment is unrelated to the rest of the bill, conflicts with federal law, and would make Minnesota the first state to criminalize legal, federally-regulated markets. Tell your state senator and representative to strip it before the bill advances.
